Intuitive guidance is a non-denominational form of therapy thus not limited by only one school of thought. Here both left (mental; knowledge) and right (emotion; intuition) side of the brain are being utilized. The entirety of one’s knowledge, schooling, learning, reading, experiences is taken into consideration and drawn upon by listening and quieting one’s mind.
This way the practitioner is able to listen to that inner voice, gut feeling, intuition freely, without judgment and always with the client’s best higher purpose in mind. It is a two-way conversation aimed at providing the client with a more objective view of the issue so that she/he is enabled to see and think more clearly, empowered to be able to take responsibility for one’s choices and freed from the restrictions that anxiety, guilt, procrastination and judgment of oneself or others put on us.
